1. Kitten Purchase and Reservation

All kitten purchases are made with a written contract. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit. Kittens can be taken home at the earliest at 12 weeks of age. All kittens are delivered with complete health papers, vaccination records, and pedigree certificates.

2. Health Guarantee

We provide a 1-year health guarantee on all kittens for hereditary diseases. The buyer is required to have the kitten examined by their own veterinarian within 7 days. The guarantee does not cover illnesses or injuries resulting from improper care or accidents.

3. Return Policy

If for any reason you cannot keep the cat, please contact us first. We reserve the right to take back the cat to ensure it finds a proper home. The cat cannot be resold or transferred to a third party without our consent.

4. Breeding Rights

All kittens are sold as pets unless a breeding agreement has been explicitly made. Breeding contracts come with separate terms, higher prices, and strict quality requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on this website are property of Diamond Extasy Bengals. Copying, distributing, or using the content without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions. Use of this website is at your own risk.
